All goods returned must be UNWORN & PACKAGING INTACT, including header (picture) cards (un-folded) and hooks, we fully expect goods to be received back in the way you would expect to receive them, and must be authorised by CheapestFancyDress.co.uk prior to return. Please take care when trying on costumes, for Make-Up, Heavy Perfume/Deodorant as these all could soil your costume, making them un-resaleable if returned.
If you send your goods back without prior authorisation this may delay your refund.UN-REFUNDABLE GOODS We do not refund items that have been/or appear to have been worn, washed or soiled. Additionally for hygienic reasons all sales on the following items are not eligible for returns; makeup, eyelashes, tights, stockings, wigs, contact lenses, underwear, bodysuits and masks. Some costumes have sealed wigs if this is the case and the costume is not appropriate please do not open the wig, as once it has been opened a refund cannot be provided. Please note-when ordering outfits which contain panties & stockings, please refrain from opening/trying these items on unless you are sure you are intending to keep your purchase as once opened/tried on this makes the costume un-refundable
Please note-unrefundable purchases-the customer has 3 months to re-claim their goods otherwise they will be destroyed. * Please note that in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) we will not refund the customers cost of postage to return a product back to us, unless that product has proven to be faulty, we recommend using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery as it insures your returning parcel against loss.
Returns will only be refunded if returned WITHIN 28 DAYS, though a returns authorisation needs to be obtained with the 1st 14 days from receipt of your order for these conditions to apply, then a further 14 days allowed in which to return. After this it is at our discretion as to whether a return will be allowed.
